A Portfolio Assessment it is often deemed an authentic form of assessment because it's include the credible document of a students  that promotes the abilities or skills that student can used to evaluate learning.

Portfolio Assessment is a way to develop our critical thinking and more effective and it show growth over specific period of time and it mostly use of a students and teachers to collect their showcase their learning progress. Here in portfolio assessment it premised the different work of a students like journals, essay and standard test.

The purpose of portfolio assessment is to have the students self assessment and to see a good connection of a teacher to students and see a clear goals and social skills and lastly is documentation.

For me, portfolio assessment really helps everyone, not just students and teachers. It helps to have a reflection on things that are not right and besides that it also helps us to assess ourselves what needs to be changed and corrected. It also helps us to see if we have a development of what we have been able to reflect or assess.
